A Famous Milestone

Copyzone Archiving Ltd (CZA) are proud to announce that they are about to reach the 5,000,000th scanned page milestone for Breeze & Wyles Solicitors.

The first page was scanned in March 2002 and there has been a regular flow of files between Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth.

CZA collect files, prepare them, scan and index before writing to CD-ROM.  Paper is then shredded one month after the disks are sent out.

The firm can access any file in seconds from their Office PC. 

They also have the satisfaction of knowing that they will never lose a file (copies of every page scanned are kept in a fire-proof safe away from Copyzone offices).

Practice Manager, Martyn Bateman, says “Four years ago we were looking for a better way to store our closed files.  We met Copyzone and were impressed by their track record in the legal sector.  Since 2002 our two organisations have developed a close working relationship and we have nothing but praise for the high quality, efficient service that we get.  Our office in Hoddesdon started using CZA in 2003 and our Cheshunt and Enfield Practices followed in 2004 and 2005 respectively.  We hope that our remaining office in Hertford will start to use the service later this year.”
